THE WORLD’S “LEAST MOTIVATED DIETER”.
I admit it. That is almost certainly me.
Come to think of it, you may feel like it could be you too.

My Body Mass Index (BMI) went from an “Obese” 30+ to an “Ideal” 25 and below.
More than four weeks after reaching my target – Achieving a BMI under 25 – I am still under it! – My BMI as at 18th August 2013 is 24.75!

But I tried it out, and experienced incredible results, with consistent weight loss over a nine month period. And the same results are available to you too!

“What an adventure this has been! Today [9th July 2013] I hit my target weight 81kg – that’s around 12st 7lbs, 160 lbs, with a BMI of 25!
Back in December 2012 I weighed in at 99kg. That’s nearly 16 stone, or 200 pounds. My BMI was over 30. I was “Obese”.
So I have lost 19kg in 8 months. That’s 3 Stone or 42 Pounds in weight. It’s an incredible achievement which I scarcely believed was possible.”

In fact, Susan and I can now both fit into our old wedding outfits again, so back in June 2013 we headed for the beach and got some new photos done, to prove we could do it, and relive some of those old memories!

It’s the nearest thing I could practically do to recapture my lost youth and turn back the clock – in my case, 23 years!
Since losing all this weight I have had to drill new holes in my belts, several times.
During this weight loss journey I have lost an incredible eight inches off of my waist, my belly has substantially reduced in size to a much more respectable 36″ (from 44″) and all the trousers I used to wear six months ago simply don’t fit any more.
That’s a nice problem to have, actually!
I have also substantially lowered my risk of heart disease type 2 diabetes, stroke and cancer, by reducing the amount of dangerous abdominal/belly fat that I was carrying. With a BMI of 30+ I was in the high risk bracket, but not any more.

Did I have to starve myself?
Did I have to inject myself with hormones or take diet pills?
Did I get surgery?
NO. I did it sustainably. consistently and safely. And most of the week, I wasn’t even on a diet. I could eat what I liked guilt free and still lose weight. Pretty radical, you might say. Revolutionary even?

I am, by my own admission, the World’s Least Motivated Dieter. I can’t stand diets. I wouldn’t really call myself a dieter at all, because for most of my life I haven’t actually been on one.
Bluntly, most of them are over hyped and they don’t really work long term at all. until recently, everything I knew about dieting suggested to me that it was a con. A scam. I had got it firmly into my head that diets don’t work. I was overweight, but I didn’t know what to do about it.
Most diets offer nothing more than a short term blip – you might lose say, 10lbs in a relatively short space of time – and having suffered whatever they prescribe to get you to shed a few pounds, what happens as soon as you stop enduring the denial of their particular regime?
You go back to what you did before and put it all back on again!
One of the family had tried crash dieting and unfortunately died of heart failure. It didn’t seem like a good strategy to me.
They may entice you to buy pills, hormones and other products for nothing more than a short term, unsustainable loss.
They are selling you the dream without the means of achieving it. What is the point of that?
It seems they are more concerned with getting your money than getting you to a realistic, sustainable and safe weight level.
This is different. Here’s why:
1) This works. I am living proof. So is my wife Susan. She has done this too. More about that later.
