Why Counselling or Psychotherapy?

Counselling provides a safe, confidential, empathic and non judgmental space for you to discuss your deepest problems and challenges.

Psychotherapy provides a method of looking at recurring patterns in your life and creating a supportive environment in order for positive change to occur over time.

Modalities: Depending on your personal circumstances and preferences, Counselling and Psychotherapy tools and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, or Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) may be discussed, explained and explored as appropriate.

Following up: If you find the Free 15 minute Introductory Consultation helpful and would like to proceed further, an initial additional 45 minute session is chargeable at $75 immediately following that appointment. Thereafter, individual 60 minute sessions are chargeable at a standard rate of $100 AUD per hour, which is payable in advance of the session. Please note that substantial discounts are available for booking multiple sessions (i.e. Setting up and paying for 3 to 6 sessions (hours) in advance).
